Hotel Policies
1.Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out is 12 PM noon.
2.Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability: half-day charge if before 12 hours, full-day charge if over 12 hours.
3.Breakfast is served between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Early breakfast can be arranged as a takeaway package upon prior arrangement. Breakfast cost is included in the room rate.
4.Lunch orders from the in-room menu must be placed by 10:00 AM and served from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
5.Dinner orders must be placed by 4:00 PM and served between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
6.The refreshment bar is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, based on the in-room menu.
7.Guests may attend seasonal cultural and artistic events held in the courtyard; events end by 10:00 PM.
8.Mahalati Boutique Hotel is a historic mansion adorned with exquisite Qajar and Pahlavi-era decorations. Guests are responsible for the care and preservation of all room furnishings and decorations. Any damages should be reported immediately.
9.All minibar charges will be added to the guest’s bill according to the price list.
10.For cleanliness and safety, preparing food or drinks inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
11.Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas.
12.Pets are not permitted to ensure the comfort of all guests.
13.During power outages, lighting and sanitary facilities remain operational. We appreciate guests’ understanding of any inconvenience caused.
14.This historic mansion offers a peaceful atmosphere away from TV and news distractions, encouraging guests to enjoy conversations and traditional architecture. For TV viewing, guests can use the restaurant’s TV lounge.
15.To protect the environment, please request linen changes only when necessary by informing the hotel reception.
